Shandong Muxu Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 in Linyi, Shandong — China's largest wood panel production base. For the first 8 years, we supplied domestic commercial projects and Chinese real estate developers, mastering the art of mass-custom furniture production with strict quality control.
In 2016, we started exporting to Southeast Asia and very quickly learned a harsh reality: the standard "Chinese export furniture" — made for dry temperate climates — was failing in tropical markets. Panels swelled within a year, metal hardware rusted after one rainy season, termites destroyed wardrobes in less than 18 months.
Instead of selling more of the same, we spent two years R&D-ing from scratch. We reformulated panel treatments, tested 14 different edge-sealing adhesives under 85% humidity chambers, sourced Borate anti-termite technology, and developed our exclusive constant-temperature drying shoe cabinet line.
