Edge Banding & Assembly
Hot-melt edge banding with PUR adhesive (waterproof). Automated assembly lines with jig-guided screwdriving for consistent joint strength.
Surface Treatment
UV coating line for high-gloss/matte finishes. Anti-termite treatment dip for tropical market orders. FSC chain-of-custody tracked throughout.
Quality Control & Packaging
100% pre-shipment inspection by SGS/BV. Carton + foam + corner protectors. Drop-test verified packaging for sea freight.
