Send us an RFQ through the quote form or WhatsApp. We respond within 90 seconds during business hours (GMT+8). You’ll receive a formal PI (proforma invoice) within 24 hours. 50% deposit starts production, 50% balance before shipment.

What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? Purchasing Process

MOQ varies by product: Drying shoe cabinet: 10 sets. Kitchen cabinet: 5 sets. Wardrobe: 5 sets. Outdoor furniture: 10 sets. Lower MOQ available for first-time trial orders — just ask.

What is the production lead time? Purchasing Process

25-35 days for standard products after deposit. 35-45 days for custom OEM/ODM with new designs. Sample orders ship within 7-10 days. Rush production available for urgent projects.

Can I customize the design, size, and color? Products

Yes. Full OEM/ODM service. You provide drawings, photos, or samples. Our design team creates technical drawings for your approval. Custom sizes, colors, hardware, and packaging all available.

What materials do you use? Products

Moisture-resistant MDF (CARB P2 / E0), multi-layer plywood, solid wood for structural parts. UV-coated or melamine surfaces. All materials meet SEA import standards.

Do you provide product manuals and catalogs? Products

Yes. English, Chinese, Malay, and Thai language materials available. Digital catalog, care guide, tech specs, and color chart all downloadable from our downloads page.

How are prices quoted? Pricing

All prices are FOB Qingdao in USD. We can also quote CIF your port. Volume discounts at 50+, 100+, and 200+ units. Agent/reseller pricing available — see our agent program.

Do prices include shipping and customs duty? Pricing

FOB prices do not include shipping or duty. CIF prices include shipping to your port but not duty. We provide Form E for ASEAN 0% preferential duty. Your customs broker handles clearance.

Which port do you ship from? Logistics

FOB Qingdao Port, China. We also ship from Shanghai or Ningbo if your forwarder prefers. LCL (less than container load) available for sample orders.

How many sets fit in a 40HQ container? Logistics

Depends on product mix. Typically: Shoe cabinet: 200-250 sets. Kitchen cabinet (flat-pack): 80-120 sets. Wardrobe (flat-pack): 60-100 sets. We optimize loading to maximize your container space.

How long does shipping take to Southeast Asia? Logistics

Qingdao to Port Klang (MY): 12-15 days. Qingdao to Laem Chabang (TH): 14-18 days. Qingdao to Manila (PH): 15-20 days. Qingdao to Singapore: 12-15 days. Plus 3-5 days customs clearance.

What warranty do you offer? After-Sales

2-year structural warranty on all furniture. 1-year warranty on electrical components (drying shoe cabinet heaters/fans). Free replacement parts for manufacturing defects.

What if products arrive damaged? After-Sales

Every shipment is insured. If damage occurs, send photos within 7 days. We send free replacement parts or credit your next order. SGS/BV pre-shipment inspection available to minimize risk.

What payment methods do you accept? Payment

T/T (bank transfer): 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. L/C at sight for orders over USD 30,000. PayPal for sample orders under USD 3,000. See details below.

What is the full payment process? Payment

1) We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) within 24 hours of RFQ. 2) You pay 50% deposit via T/T to start production. 3) Production + QC completed (25-35 days). 4) Pre-shipment inspection (you or third-party). 5) You pay 50% balance. 6) Container loaded and shipped. L/C at sight available for orders over USD 30,000 with additional bank fees.

What are the sea freight transit times to Southeast Asia? Logistics

From Qingdao port: Port Klang (Malaysia) 12-15 days, Laem Chabang (Thailand) 14-17 days, Manila (Philippines) 13-16 days, Jakarta (Indonesia) 15-18 days, Singapore 12-14 days. Add 3-5 days for customs clearance. Total door-to-door ETA: 18-25 days.

Which Incoterms do you support and which should I choose? Logistics

FOB Qingdao (you arrange shipping from port) — best for experienced importers. CIF Your Port (we handle freight + insurance to your port) — most popular. DDP Your Warehouse (door-to-door incl. customs) — hassle-free but higher cost. We recommend CIF for first-time buyers.

How much can fit in one container? Logistics

20GP (28cbm): ~80 shoe cabinets or ~40 kitchen sets or ~60 wardrobes. 40HQ (68cbm): ~200 shoe cabinets or ~100 kitchen sets or ~150 wardrobes. LCL (less than container) available for trial orders. We provide free container loading plans with 3D diagrams.

What is the warranty policy? After-Sales

5-year structural warranty (frame, joints, panels). 2-year hardware warranty (hinges, slides, handles). 1-year electrical warranty (for items with BS 3-pin or TIS plugs). Free replacement parts shipped within 72 hours for any manufacturing defect.

What is the after-sales response SLA? After-Sales

Initial response within 90 seconds during business hours (GMT+8). Issue assessment within 4 hours. Solution provided within 48 hours. Escalation to senior management available for unresolved cases. 30-day follow-up after resolution.

What is the returns and inspection policy? After-Sales

7-day inspection period after delivery. Manufacturing defects: free replacement or full refund, no restocking fee. Shipping damage: send photos within 7 days, we file insurance and send replacements. Custom OEM orders: returnable only for defects, not for design changes. All claims processed within 5 business days.
